Trek
Mount Meru — 3 Days, Momella Route
Socialist Peak in three days, for travellers short on time.
The compressed version of the Momella Route: up to Miriakamba, on to Saddle Hut, summit and all the way out on the final day. It drops the Little Meru walk and makes the last day long, but it still reaches 4,566 m and still acclimatises you well for Kilimanjaro.

Questions about this trip
Three days or four?
Four if you can. The extra day adds the Little Meru acclimatisation walk and splits the descent, which makes the last day far less brutal.
