Northern Circuit Safari — 6 Days

Tarangire, the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater, at a pace that works.

The classic northern circuit, run over six days rather than four so you are not spending every daylight hour in a vehicle. Two nights in the Serengeti is the difference between seeing the park and driving through it.

Highlights

  • Two full nights in the Serengeti
  • A full morning on the Ngorongoro Crater floor
  • Tarangire's elephant herds and baobabs
  • Lake Manyara groundwater forest
  • Optional balloon flight over the plains

Questions about this trip

Can this be done in four days?

It can, but you would spend most of it driving. Six days is the shortest version we think is worth doing.

Lodges or tented camps?

Either. Tented camps put you closer to the game; lodges are easier with young children. We will match it to you.
